And if you're not careful, you can find your life account in overdraft. It can leave you with a negative balance on plans, goals, and your purpose. That's why making regular deposits in the "bank of You" and regular self-maintenance in your life account is paramount. Face it, as you go through your day, you often don't allow yourself to process the thoughts and emotions that need reconciling.
