In my many years of doing healing work around vulnerability, I’ve had A LOT of vulnerability hangovers - and I’ve learned that they are a powerful part of the practice.  In today’s episode, I share a transmission on the practice of vulnerability and preparing for and embracing the hangovers that come with it. I dive into the role vulnerability plays in sex, positive attention, visibility online, and intimacy and what is possible when we stop resisting being vulnerable and begin to tap into the potent healing & expansion it has for us.
