Mastering our emotions and overcoming anger are duties that any caring human being must endure

When we speak about overcoming it doesn’t mean we won’t be angry, it doesn’t mean we will be devoid of emotions, it means that we will increase our awareness on witnessing who are we choosing to create ourselves to be and use the energy of anger like Jesus did, to turn tables of injustice, victimization patterns, and unconscious behaviors that could cost us our very own life.
