Jessica Bartnick is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Foundation for C.H.O.I.C.E., a 501c3 organization serving at-risk youth, helping them change the trajectory of their lives through mentorship, education, and resources. We open this episode with Jessica talking about her exit from corporate America to forming her foundation. After jumping back into the community to serve and talking with first-generation college students, she realized she wanted to do more to break the cycle of poverty. Jessica talks about the foundation's purpose, who it serves, the graduation rate of success, and the mentorship process.
