Navigating your way through the jungle that is nutrition advice can be difficult, and it's often hard to decipher what is sound and not so sound advice.

Therefore I've got Lina Kumar with me in this episode, and we are talking about what the majority of us can do to take better care of ourselves.

Lina is born and brought up in Cyprus on the true Mediterranean diet. She worked as a podiatrist for 17 years in the NHS and the private sector, before retraining as a nutritionist in 2016.

Lina is passionate about empowering people to take their health in their hands and minimise the odds of lifestyle disease. She is a lover of all things whole food, especially veg, fruit, nuts and beans.
