Adesso neanche più quello si fa, perché anche quando si va nei paesi stranieri dove c'è il roaming, quindi dove si paga per fare le telefonate, però si va sulla rete wireless Internet, io personalmente faccio le chiamate usando Skype o usando altri metodi per fare le telefonate tramite Internet, quindi senza utilizzare la rete telefonica.
