Henna Bostrom is a nutritionist, and she is also a diagnosed coeliac.  After what feels like a lifetime of experience in dealing with this debilitating and limiting condition, she now has a lot of wisdom to pass on, and in this episode we sit down to talk about how she found out she is coealic and what her challenges have been.

When Henna was diagnosed with coeliac disease, she decided to steer away from supermarket gluten-free products, as they were both tasteless and expensive and often were still foods she couldn't tolerate due to extra food sensitivities.

Instead, she has used her background in chemical engineering to develop food, and especially bread, that both tastes great and can fit into a busy lifestyle.

Henna believes that even though being diagnosed with coeliac disease or other gluten-related sensitivity can be a shock and cause disruption in your life, you don’t need to give up delicious and affordable food and social gatherings because of it.
