Not too long ago I came across an Instagram account that instantly spoke to me, and soon after I reached out to the owner, Iben Sandahl, to ask if she would be open to having a chat with me on this podcast.

Iben Sandahl is an internationally recognized public speaker, psychotherapist, and best-selling author of "The Danish Way of Parenting,” & “The Danish Way of Raising Teens.” She's dedicated to offering parents an alternative to high-stress modern parenting and equipping them with the tools to raise confident, happy children.
