In today's episode, I will be discussing my top 5 tips to help you build your gym confidence. Gym anxiety is something completely normal, and it happens to all of us. I have been training for over 12 years, and I still experience that anxiety every now and then!

This is one of those things that get better with time, trust me, but if you don't do anything to change this, you will simply never be able to overcome this anxiety.
