Week 62

Is discipline the mother of success? One thing is for sure, there is a mindset practice to discipline. You'll be required to do it, even when you don't feel like it. So be critical to managing your mind over your mood. Imagine if you allowed your emotions to dictate how you show up. You can’t expect success if you only work on the days you feel good.

Direct that inner voice and be intentional about what you say to yourself. Your inner dialogue is the loudest voice you will hear and can get you moving in a positive or negative direction. So take charge of what you say to yourself because that will fuel your tank.


Affirmation of the Week:
Today I will take care of myself physically, mentally, and spiritually, and take steps towards accomplishing my goals.
