In today's episode of the DDC podcast, I discuss stress—a topic many of you have requested me to address, understanding that it is something most of us struggle with around this time of the year.
With only a few weeks left until Christmas and the end of 2023, it can be extremely overwhelming to try to accomplish everything in such a short period. This is why we often find ourselves thinking too much about the future, leading to heightened stress levels.
Do you actually know the meaning of stress and the different types it encompasses? The term is commonly used by everyone, but perhaps not everyone fully comprehends its actual definition or the various types of stress.
In this episode, I share my seven steps that have helped me and continue to assist me in dealing with stress. These tips are the same ones I share with the guys inside my program.
