Jai Lyles is a true renaissance woman; a yoga teacher, pole dancer, runner, fitness coach and trainer, massage therapist, gardener, chef, herbal alchemist, tea sommelier, curandera, doula and entrepreneur. She is driven by passion, sense of purpose, and journey to peace, love, and compassion.
