Radio is a sport. When I walk onto a University campus to share the journey forward. I'm always amazed at the number of people that still want to get into this business. One problem... where are the Programmer's that know the digital platform? Tower broadcasting is still a major monster but the next level of the communicators isn't hooked onto the AM/FM dial. They're addicted to smart phones and notebooks. The age of Digital Broadcasting is here... they call it a Podcast. The reality is... it should be a Broadcast.
