As we continue to become more educated on COVID-19 we must also continue to take care of our mental health and be ready to support the mental health of others. But what does that look like? A great deal of the population isn't that educated on the number of mental health disorders there are and how it affects many that life and try to normalize their lives with these disorders.

In this music interview, Trish Discord will talk about her unique album release and the reason why she has decided to incorporate mental health issues into her music. Trish has been singing all of her life and started taking professional guitar lessons in college.

Her first album, "Is This My Mental Breakdown?" dedicates each song to a different mental disorder.
