Story Transcript:

Sl: V jutru, ko sonce poljubi jezero Bled, sta Ana in Matej odprla svojo pekarno "Kruh in ljubezen".
En: On the morning when the sun kissed Lake Bled, Ana and Matej opened their bakery "Bread and Love."

Sl: Pekarna je stala le streljaj od obale, z razgledom na jezero in otoček.
En: The bakery stood just a stone's throw from the shore, with a view of the lake and the little island.

Sl: Matej je bil mojster kruha.
En: Matej was a master of bread.

Sl: Vedno je imel moko na rokah in iskrice v očeh.
En: He always had flour on his hands and a sparkle in his eyes.

Sl: Ana je pekla pecivo in skrbela za stranke s toplim nasmehom.
En: Ana baked pastries and greeted customers with a warm smile.

Sl: "Dan se začne z dobrim kruhom," je vedno govorila.
En: "The day starts with good bread," she always said.

Sl: Na sončno soboto zjutraj je bila pekarna polna ljudi.
En: On a sunny Saturday morning, the bakery was full of people.

Sl: Turisti so prihajali z vseh strani, da bi poskusili njihove dobrote.

Sl: Toda tistega dne je bila Ana zaskrbljena.
En: But that day, Ana was worried.

Sl: "Kaj bomo storili?
En: "What are we going to do?"

Sl: "Matej je nasmejano odgovoril: "Ne skrbi, Ana.

Sl: "Ana in Matej sta šla skupaj po moko k lokalnemu mlinarju.

Sl: Med potjo sta se ustavila ob jezeru.
En: On the way, they stopped by the lake.

Sl: Gledala sta proti otoku, kjer je zvonček na cerkvi zvonil vsako uro.
En: They looked toward the island where the church bell rang every hour.

Sl: Ana je globoko vdihnila.
En: Ana took a deep breath.

Sl: "Tukaj je tako mirno," je rekla.
En: "It's so peaceful here," she said.

Sl: Ko sta se vrnila v pekarno, je bil pred vrati dolg seznam ljudi, ki so čakali.
En: When they returned to the bakery, there was a long line of people waiting at the door.

Sl: Matej je hitro spekel kruh, medtem ko je Ana poskrbela za stranke.
En: Matej quickly baked bread while Ana took care of the customers.

Sl: Kava je dišala, smeh otrok je odmeval.
En: The smell of coffee filled the air, and children's laughter echoed.

En: That evening, as they were closing the bakery, they looked at the lake, now bathed in moonlight.

En: Ana leaned on Matej.
