Story Transcript:

Hu: Meghallgatod, elragad. A Duna fényei villannak a hajóhídon, Eszter, Csaba és Gábor üldögélnek kedvenc helyükön. Mégis, van valami, ami hiányzik.
En: Budapest. You listen, you are captivated. The lights of the Danube flash on the bridge, Eszter, Csaba, and Gábor are lounging at their favorite spot. Yet, there is something missing.

Hu: Egy hölgy terpeszkedik a társaságban, arcán ráncok, a budapesti nagy utcai csatározásokból. Angliából jött, neve Amanda. Nagyon szereti a várost, de egy dolog nem hagyja nyugodni. A gonosz "gy" a magyar nyelvből, mely kiejtésre biztatja.
En: A lady sprawls in the group, with wrinkles on her face, from the big street battles of Budapest. She came from England, her name is Amanda. She loves the city very much, but one thing is bothering her. The evil “gy” from the Hungarian language, which she is encouraged to pronounce.

Hu: Eszter, a csapat csajzisa, felállt és barátságosan odasétált Amanda mellé. "Együtt megbirkóznak ezzel", pislákoló szemei önbizalmat sugárzottak. Eszter teste hajlott, hogy Amanda arcába nézzen, nagy lélegeztetéseket végzett, és belerakta a "gy" hangot a levegőbe. Nem jó fizika? A hang a levegőben terjed, de Amanda számára ez furcsa volt. Ő csak bámult, a szemöldökei kraáterként mélyültek el.
En: Eszter, the group's girl, stood up and walked friendly next to Amanda. "Let's deal with this together," her flickering eyes exuded confidence. Eszter leant over to look into Amanda's face, took deep breaths, and put the "gy" sound into the air. Isn't physics good? The sound spreads in the air, but for Amanda, it was strange. She just stared, her eyebrows deepened like craters.

Hu: Közben Csaba, a mindig mosolygó srác, még odébb hajolt és Amanda fülébe suttogott "Naggyon, naggyon, naggyon". Suzanne csak válaszolt "Najon, najon, najon", mintha valamiféle távoli ékes francia verzió lenne.
En: Meanwhile, Csaba, the always smiling guy, leaned closer and whispered in Amanda's ear, "Naggyon, naggyon, naggyon." Suzanne only replied, "Najon, najon, najon," as if it were some distant elegant French version.

Hu: Gábor, a koncentrált lánybűvölő, felállt és nyeregbe pattant. "Nézd, nézd az ajkaim, Amanda". Ajkai felemelkedtek és leereszkedtek, mint valamilyen bénító osztályteremben. "Gy, gy, gy," ismételgette, de Suzanne egyfolytában csak „dzs, dzs, dzs”-t mondott.
En: Gábor, the focused charmer, stood up and jumped into action. "Look, look at my lips, Amanda." His lips rose and fell like in a paralyzing classroom. Repeating "gy, gy, gy," but Suzanne kept saying "dzs, dzs, dzs".

Hu: Annyira próbálták, de Amanda nem tudta jól ejteni a "gy"-t. Nehéz volt. Nehéz volt, mint Csaba barátságos mosolya, Eszter intenzív pillantása és Gábor bűbájos humorérzéke miatt rájuk tapadt nyomás.
En: They tried so hard, but Amanda couldn't pronounce the "gy" well. It was hard. It was as hard as the pressure they put on her because of Csaba's friendly smile, Eszter's intense gaze, and Gábor's charming sense of humor.

En: It got dark, the lights of the Danube dimmed, and life just went on. Eszter, Csaba, and Gábor got up, Amanda looked at their faces. Those eyes, big and filled with disappointment. They all smiled and softly said, "Don't worry, Amanda. It's really not important."

Hu: Atléptek a hídról, elindultak a szürkehályogba. Amanda ott maradt, egyedül a sötétben, csak a Duna szikrázó fényeinek társaságában. Csendes lett, majd halkan kimondta: "gy". Nem volt tökéletes, az arcán pedig még mindig ott voltak a ráncok. De ott volt valami, valami, ami a Duna fényeiben tükröződött.
En: They stepped off the bridge, heading into the twilight. Amanda stayed there alone in the darkness, only accompanied by the sparkling lights of the Danube. It became quiet, then she whispered softly, "gy." It wasn't perfect, and the wrinkles were still on her face. But there was something, something that was reflected in the lights of the Danube.
