Dr. Warren is retiring because he's going blind. Also Lum and Abner, originally broadcast June 28, 1935, Letter becomes Evidence. Lum and Abner make an attempt to settle out of court with Squire Skimp. The letter they wrote, apologizing for the accident, is going to be a big problem!
