Lv: Vienā aukstā ziemas rītā, Rīgas sirdī, bija mājīga kafejnīca, kas izstaroja siltumu un smaržoja pēc svaigi ceptām maizei un stiprās kafijas.
En: On a cold winter morning in the heart of Riga, there was a cozy café radiating warmth and smelling of freshly baked bread and strong coffee.

Lv: Kafejnīcas nosaukums bija "Klusais Stūrītis", un tā bija iemīļota vieta daudziem pilsētas iedzīvotājiem.
En: The café was called "Quiet Corner" and was a beloved spot for many city dwellers.

Lv: Tās sienas bija klātas ar plauktiem pilniem grāmatām, bet gaiši kvadrātveida galdiņi un mīkstie krēsli aicināja ikvienu izbaudīt mierīgu stundu.
