During the advent of COVID, there was a large uptick in the marketplace for Virtual Health systems. Necessity-driven solutions were created by multiple vendors to try and meet healthcare providers’ needs. This was a massive evolution compared to around a 1% adoption rate prior to the pandemic.

Now, in a marketplace that is flooded with solutions and endless possibilities, providers and vendors are working together to figure out strategies in use case moving forward. Virtual Health creates some great opportunities for immobile or bed-ridden patients, rural communities, socio-economically prohibitive communities, and can help to mitigate healthcare provider burnout.
