Duke, Carolina, & State Duke, Carolina, and State are the three college basketball teams that I watch every year. The biggest upset of rivalry of all time is Duke VS.UNC. Another big rivalry of all time is UNC VS. State. I haven’t seen much excitement since then. That’s when men’s college basketball was real exciting to me. It seems as if the competition and the teams got weaker in my opinion. The teams are not the same because the players are not the same players we had in the past on the teams. There are different coaches for the teams and things like that. Things change through the years.

In the past, I remember either you were a Duke fan or a Carolina fan or a State fan. I am a Carolina fan. Tar Heel basketball players and fans have often insisted that the Wolfpack are not true rivals in basketball due to the Tar Heels' recent dominance, saying that UNC's only true rivalry is the North Carolina-Duke rivalry. However I still watch all three teams every year because I was in the days when all three teams seemed hot and strong. All I ever heard in the past were those three basketball team names. Wolfpack, Carolina, or Duke.

This year did NC State make it to the NCAA tournament in men’s basketball? It has been said the decision is finished; it is over. NC State is in the NCAA tournament.

Did UNC make it? The UNC men’s basketball team fell to the No.13 Virginia Cavaliers in the ACC tournament. So they are likely to miss NCAA tournament. It don’t look so good.

According to the headlines, ACC champion Duke turns attention to NCAA tournament. Duke won the 2023 men’s ACC Championship beating Virginia 59-49.
