Energy Show Notes

Today I'd like to talk about energy. So have you ever heard people say? Oh my God, I'm just so tired. They say that all the time, they convince themselves they are so tired and they think that the way to not be tired is to just do less? No, I just need to rest more. No. Resting more, unless you're sick, unless you've just been pulling an all-nighter, unless you've just been really on it for a long time. Resting more is not really your solution. Doing more is your solution. Getting out, moving your body, doing those things.

If I want a full life…If I want a life that is rich in relationships, in health and hope and happiness, then I can't just sit around my house. I just can't sit in my house, eating bon-bons and twinkies. I've gotta move my body. You might say... Well, I can't something's wrong with my legs.Then move the upper body. Get in the pool. Do something!
