So this week on the 6-Figure Secrets Podcast, I want to dig into establishing routines that actually work for you.
When establishing routines you have to be honest with yourself and answer questions like:
How you want to live your life?
What are your goals?
What season of life are you in?
One of the most important things when developing a routine that supports you, is getting clear on where you are now and where you want to go.
In this episode I wanted to share with you the season of life I am in and what routines I am doing to manage my business and personal life. What I do might not work for you, or you might be in a different season, but it my hope that by sharing what I'm doing, it'll help you land on your routine that helps to support you in creating the business and life you want!

- To establish routines and new habits, you need an identity shift. Make statements like “I am the woman who likes protein in the morning, who attracts clients to her, who has a 6-figure business.” These “I am the type of woman who..” statements can help me to manifest the habits I want to create. Take time to see where you are now, where you want to go, and make these changes or shifts to make your routine work for you.
