You're probably asking yourself... Chris, another podcast? Ahhh... I know! Well, I really should say, HELL YEAH! Haha... I am in a place right now where I am constantly learning so much in the health world that I find the need to share what I am going through and share my story for what I am personally going through as well. I decided to retire my previous podcast, The Chris Reacts Podcast, because it wasn't what I envisioned any longer. When it comes to podcasting, it's always going to be about the real me and the world will hear my thoughts, feelings, and everything else that comes to mind - it's going to be a whole other experience.
