15 FEB. 2021 · You're probably asking yourself... Chris, another podcast? Ahhh... I know! Well, I really should say, HELL YEAH! Haha... I am in a place right now where I am constantly learning so much in the health world that I find the need to share what I am going through and share my story for what I am personally going through as well. I decided to retire my previous podcast, The Chris Reacts Podcast, because it wasn't what I envisioned any longer. When it comes to podcasting, it's always going to be about the real me and the world will hear my thoughts, feelings, and everything else that comes to mind - it's going to be a whole other experience. New interviews with friends of mine that will be amazing and informative. I can't wait for you to tune in. And it's going to be awesome. 15 FEB. 2021 · In this episode, I share with you my journey on why I am taking back my health. I've been battling with Hashimoto's thyroiditis for years and it's been difficult for me to manage. Right now, I am in a place where I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea and pre-diabetes and hope to inspire you on what I am doing to take back my health that has affected me so much over the years!

15 FEB. 2021 · I feel like now more than ever, so many of us have become hopeless during these dark times. In this episode, I share with you why I think it’s important to believe in yourself again and how to do it… if you’re in that dark and scary place. Let’s be real here… if we really want to believe in who we are, there are bad things around us that are causing us to feel this way. We have to change things about us if we want to get to a better place. I only hope this episode provides some hope and inspiration to you!

26 FEB. 2021 · I've been having the best week and I wanted to share with you all the good news. I had an appointment with my functional medicine doctor on Tuesday and the blood work I had done came back showing my thyroid levels as normal.... hooray!!!! After many years of feeling hopeless, I am finally feeling hopeful and I believe that if we all make small changes, it will lead to big outcomes. I also had an interview with my great friend Koryne Koehler on Monday via her Instagram page! We discussed taking back our health and I also shared what I am doing to take back my health. She's someone I used to work with but she's come a long way and I am so proud of her! Give her a follow @KoryneKoehler on Instagram. Otherwise, I hope you feel inspired because I've never felt this great in such a long, long time! I know you can, too! :)

3 MAR. 2021 · Have you ever been given advice or information from your doctor but felt like you were afraid to question it? Well, I am here today to tell you that’s exactly what you should be doing! So many people, including myself, have experience or experienced symptoms that go unnoticed. Many doctors in conventional medicine do not always listen to what their patients are telling them. It’s important to ask questions including the How, Who, What, Where, When, and Why! Probing questions are always the most important when it comes to YOU and YOUR health! In this episode, you’ll hear why I advocate we should always be questioning our medical professionals! And if your doctor(s) do not listen to you, you always have the right to fire them and hire someone else to help you! I hope you enjoy this episode!
