In the inaugural episode of the Black Power Revisited Podcast, Cliff Albright is joined by St. Louis Mayor Tishaura Jones, the first Black woman to hold that office. Mayor Jones discusses her journey into politics as well as the obstacles and attitudes she faced. Cliff and Mayor Jones also speak about some of the programs and policies she implemented earlier in her career to improve the lives of St. Louis citizens, and her goals as Mayor.
