It is very important that we are not moved and swayed by external forces, that we don't let the external forces of our lives rule us and own us. That we don't let negativity and all those things bother us. We also don't need to ignore it. I've had some things that are within my life, especially in business, and in my personal life, too that I've ignored because I have a gift and that gift is also a detriment.

The very gifts that you have, if not used properly in balance, can be your greatest detriment. For me, because I'm very easily happy. I'm very easily delighted, it doesn't take a lot to delight me. I don't get upset easily. I don't worry. Because my default is to, don't worry, be happy. I often miss signals on the outside and things that are happening outside that I don't take heed to. So I wrote down this morning, that you don't need to be a conflict carrier or somebody who is always looking for conflict, but you also don't need to be a conflict avoider either.

That's what I am. I'm a conflict avoider. I will just stick my head in the sand! You know what? That's not the place for your head to be in the sand. I just kind of wanted to give you a premise or a little side note before we talk about today. Today's affirmation is called External Forces
