We have heard it from an expert! Journaling not only makes good sense, during the prenatal, perinatal and postpartum period, it is also a good practice. Why?
Tune into this podcast with Paulette Smith, Founder of FOZA Inc., and Dr. Alan Lindemann, MD (Rural Doc Alan) who is an obstetrician with a life-long commitment to reducing maternal mortality. He has made it his mission to teach women and their families how to advocate for themselves and create the successful outcomes they want for their own health and pregnancy.
With more than 4 decades of medical practice beginning in Minnesota and presently in North Dakota. He has delivered around 6,000 babies with a zero-mortality rate.
This podcast was created to benefit:
•Moms and birthing people with questions about becoming stronger self-advocates during their experience within prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum periods.
•Moms and birthing people, medical care providers, doula’s, therapists, counselors, and all advocates of MMH.
