In this episode we're launching straight into the 2019-20 Black Summer Bushfires and taking stock of how we've been since. Then we talk with a disaster recovery expert and a psychologist about what has happened to us.  GRIT (1 Road In, 1 Road Out) is a podcast made in collaboration with communities from the bushfire-affected Shoalhaven. It features stories inspired by local young people and interviews with experts in trauma recovery, mental health, emergency response, and more.
