Hr: U svijetu koji je nekad bio živ i pun života, sada je vladao kaos.
En: In a world that was once vibrant and full of life, chaos now reigned.

Hr: Dubrovnik, grad s dugom poviješću, pretvorio se u ruševine.
En: Dubrovnik, a city with a long history, had turned into ruins.

Hr: Ljeto je bilo vruće.
En: The summer was scorching hot.

Hr: Sunce je peklo ostatke drevnih zidina, sada obraslih divljom vegetacijom.
En: The sun scorched the remnants of ancient walls, now overgrown with wild vegetation.

Hr: Povremeni vjetrovi nosili su miris soli i truljenja.
En: Occasional winds carried the scent of salt and decay.

Hr: Daleki urlici mutiranih životinja stvarali su jezivu atmosferu.
En: Distant howls of mutated animals created an eerie atmosphere.

Hr: Jasna je hodala među ruševinama.
En: Jasna walked among the ruins.

Hr: Njezine oči bile su pune tuge, ali i odlučnosti.
En: Her eyes were filled with sorrow but also determination.

Hr: Hodala je tiho, oprezno pazeći na svaki korak.

Hr: Nije bila sama.

Hr: S njom je bio Franjo, ciničan čovjek s vještošću praćenja.

Hr: Njih dvoje nikada nisu bili prijatelji, ali sudbina ih je spojila.
En: The two had never been friends, but fate had brought them together.

Hr: "Moramo pronaći taj artefakt," rekla je Jasna.
En: "We must find that artifact," Jasna said.

Hr: "To je jedini način da spasimo čovječanstvo.
En: "It's the only way to save humanity."

Hr: "Franjo je podigao obrvu.
En: Franjo raised an eyebrow.

Hr: "Znaš da te ne pratim zbog toga.
En: "You know I'm not following you for that.

Hr: Ja želim vlastitu korist," odgovorio je grubo.
En: I want my own benefit," he replied bluntly.

Hr: Jasna ga je ignorirala.
En: Jasna ignored him.

Hr: Za nju je artefakt bio nada.
En: To her, the artifact was hope.

Hr: Nada za svijet i način da se iskupi za prošlost.
En: Hope for the world and a way to atone for the past.

Hr: Franjo je imao druge motive, ali ona je znala da ga treba.
En: Franjo had other motives, but she knew she needed him.

Hr: On je bio najbolji tragač kojeg je poznavala.
En: He was the best tracker she knew.

Hr: Prošli su kroz stare zidove Dubrovnika, pazeći da ne privuku pažnju mutiranih zvijeri.
En: They passed through the old walls of Dubrovnik, careful not to attract the attention of the mutated beasts.

Hr: Vrućina je bila neizdrživa, njihov znoj miješao se s prašinom ruševina.
En: The heat was unbearable, their sweat mixing with the dust of the ruins.

Hr: "Što te toliko motivira?
En: "What drives you so much?"

Hr: " upitao je Franjo tijekom jednog trenutka odmora.
En: Franjo asked during a moment of rest.

Hr: Jasna je zastala.
En: Jasna paused.

Hr: Oči su joj bile pune boli.
En: Her eyes were full of pain.

Hr: "Izgubila sam obitelj.
En: "I lost my family.

Hr: Nisam ih mogla zaštititi.
En: I couldn't protect them.

Hr: Ovo je moj način da se iskupim," rekla je.
En: This is my way of making amends," she said.

Hr: Franjo je tiho kimnuo.
En: Franjo nodded silently.

Hr: Iako je bio ciničan, nešto u njezinoj priči ga je dotaknulo.
En: Although he was cynical, something in her story touched him.

Hr: Možda je i sam znao nešto o gubitku i boli.
En: Perhaps he knew something about loss and pain himself.

Hr: Krenuli su dalje.
En: They moved on.

En: They passed through small streets and courtyards until they reached a hidden cave below the wall.

Hr: Tu su, prema legendi, skriveni artefakti.
En: According to legend, the artifacts were hidden there.

Hr: No, prije nego što su uspjeli ući, napala ih je ogromna mutirana zvijer.
En: But before they could enter, they were attacked by a huge mutated beast.

Hr: Zajedno su se borili.
En: They fought together.

Hr: Jasna je koristila svu svoju hrabrost, dok je Franjo pokazao nevjerojatne vještine.
En: Jasna used all her courage, while Franjo showed incredible skills.

Hr: Timskim radom su uspjeli.
En: With teamwork, they succeeded.

Hr: Zadihani i iscrpljeni, napokon su ušli u špilju.
En: Panting and exhausted, they finally entered the cave.

Hr: Artefakt je bio tamo, blistao je u mraku.
En: The artifact was there, gleaming in the dark.

Hr: "Uspjeli smo," rekla je Jasna, suznih očiju.
En: "We did it," said Jasna, eyes filled with tears.

Hr: Franjo ju je pogledao.
En: Franjo looked at her.

Hr: "Znaš, mogao sam te izdati.
En: "You know, I could have betrayed you.

Hr: Ali odlučio sam ne," priznao je.
En: But I chose not to," he admitted.

Hr: Jasna se nasmiješila.
En: Jasna smiled.

Hr: "Hvala ti.
En: "Thank you."

Hr: "Između njih je nastalo novo razumijevanje.
En: A new understanding formed between them.

Hr: Jasna je naučila da može vjerovati drugima, a Franjo je pronašao novu svrhu, izvan svoje sebičnosti.
En: Jasna learned she could trust others, and Franjo found a new purpose beyond his selfishness.

Hr: Držali su artefakt zajedno.
En: They held the artifact together.

Hr: Zajedno će vratiti nadu čovječanstvu, znajući da mogu uspjeti samo ako ostanu zajedno.
En: Together, they would bring hope back to humanity, knowing they could only succeed if they stayed united.
