Today we are talking about 3 different components to consider when deciding to enter into a long-distance relationship and how to make them work if you do decide you want to be in a long-distance relationship.

Long-distance relationships are different than the normal close proximity relationships. Spontaneity and quick connection are not an option. Intention is crucial. We also have to be real with ourselves about our capacity and desire to be in a long-distance relationship or how much time we can feasibly spend apart from loved ones. Everyone is different in this way and there is no right or wrong answer -- just honoring where we are at.

By the end of this video, you will learn more about how to build intention into your relationship, deciding what time-frame is okay with you when it comes to long-distance dating, and honoring that the transitional times or moments you do get to see your loved one may not always be the best, happiest, or easiest -- and that's 100% okay.
