In this episode I break down how to take proper progress photos to accurately monitor physical change. Just snapping a picture of yourself isn't always the best idea. Clothing, lighting, distance, etc. can all impact how the photo is portrayed. You need to be able to accurately see the changes.. Sometimes the reason why you can't see change is because your photos suck!
