Last week I had a crazy experience during my first energy session with a nei gong specialist. It was the first time in 3 years that I felt a shift back into my body after a long series with panic attacks. Despite all the work I had done on my own to reset my nervous system, work through anxiety, and rebuilt my resilience there was a missing piece that I wasn't sure I'd ever get back. And then last week- it was like something HUGE clicked into place.
It was then I instantly became overwhelmed with this feeling that everything happens when it's supposed to. All the things we worry and stress over (and often for good reason) are simply in our way. Most things have a way of working out. Even when we least expect them to!
