Imagine yourself as a radiant being, pulsing with your own unique energy frequency. Just like a radio has a specific channel, you too vibrate at a frequency that affects your experiences and attracts what you put out into the world.This guided meditation will help you:
  • Identify Your Current Frequency: Become aware of your emotional state and how it might be impacting your vibrational frequency.
  • Raise Your Vibration: Through guided breathwork and visualization, elevate your energy to attract more positivity and abundance.
  • Align with Your Desires: Connect your intentions with your heightened vibration, setting the stage for manifestation.

Step 1: Awareness & Grounding (5 minutes)
  • Begin by settling into a comfortable position. Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
  • Take a few deep, cleansing breaths, feeling your body connect with the earth beneath you.
