Carole brings on guest speaker, Esha Esta; Soul Alchemist, Yoga Teacher, and Death & Grief Doula.
This episode is a conversation on healing, love, greif, yoga, changing our perspective, and what it really means to live the ‘human experience’. Through Esha’s various life experiences, she has come to find gratitude of her own soul’s journey, and to share the wisdom she learned along the way. As she continues to be committed to her own soul’s work, she offers that same commitment to souls who are ready to realize their highest and true self. By weaving each gift she has been blessed to have, her purpose is to be in service of transformation. Her intention as a healer is to help each soul remember and claim their inner voice, retrieve fragmented parts of their soul from past relationships, situations, and trauma so they can walk the earth as whole and complete beings of light.
