Story Transcript:

Sr: Bio jednom jedan stari grad, pun uskih kaldrmisanih ulica, gde se u srcu tog lavirinta nalazila jedna stara kafana.
En: Once upon a time, there was an old city, full of narrow cobblestone streets, where in the heart of that labyrinth there was an old tavern.

Sr: Kafana je imala davnu tradiciju i zidove obložene starim fotografijama, prizivajući uspomene starih, veselih dana.
En: The tavern had a long-standing tradition and walls lined with old photographs, evoking memories of old, joyful days.

Sr: U njoj su se okupljali ljudi svih generacija, željni dobre hrane, pića i nezaboravnog druženja.
En: People of all generations gathered there, eager for good food, drinks, and unforgettable socializing.

Sr: Među njima su bili i tri prijatelja: Miloš, Luka i Ana.
En: Among them were three friends: Miloš, Luka, and Ana.

Sr: To veče su sedeli za drvenim stolom pored prozora, kroz koji se ulivalo blještavo svetlo neonskih reklama.
En: That evening, they sat at a wooden table by the window, through which the dazzling light of neon signs poured in.

Sr: Stolnjak na stolu bio je izvezen tradicionalnim šarama, a tanjiri puni ćevapa uvaljanih u somun, perfektno su pratili čašice rakije koje su parile na prohladnom staklu.
En: The tablecloth was embroidered with traditional patterns, and plates full of cevapi wrapped in somun perfectly accompanied the glasses of brandy steaming on the cool glass.

Sr: Ćaskali su i smejali se, slaveći Miloševu novu poslovnu priliku.
En: They chatted and laughed, celebrating Miloš's new business opportunity.

Sr: Nije prošlo mnogo, kada je Luka, u žaru priče, ispao neku šalu koja je Miloša naterala da se naglo zasmeje i nenamerno, ali energično, zamahne rukom.
En: It didn't take long before Luka, in the heat of the conversation, made a joke that caused Miloš to burst into sudden laughter and inadvertently, yet energetically, fling his hand.

Sr: Njegova čašica rakije se prevrnula i prolila se direktno na Anin krilo.
En: His glass of brandy overturned and spilled directly onto Ana's lap.

Sr: Ana je odskočila, a iz njenih usta su se prolomili smeh i krici iznenađenja.
En: Ana jumped up, and laughter and cries of surprise rang out from her mouth.

Sr: "Miloše, baš si mi ulepšao veče!
En: "Miloš, you've really brightened up my evening!

Sr: Umesto parfema, večeras ću mirisati na rakiju!
En: Instead of perfume, tonight I'll smell like brandy!"

Sr: " rekla je Ana, na šta su svi prasnuli u dodatni smeh.
En: Ana said, at which everyone burst into additional laughter.

Sr: Miloš se u početku osećao zbunjeno i bio je spreman da se izvinjava, ali Anin smeh je bio tako zarazan da je i on morao da se nasmeje.
En: Initially feeling confused and ready to apologize, Miloš couldn't help but laugh as well, as Ana's laughter was so contagious.

Sr: Brzo se pretvorio u konobara, donoseći salvete i čašu vode, pokušavajući da popravi stvari.
En: He quickly turned into a waiter, bringing napkins and a glass of water, trying to make amends.

Sr: "Ne brini, Ana," rekao je Luka sa smeškom.
En: "Don't worry, Ana," Luka said with a smile.

Sr: "Barem ćeš večeras odbiti sve komarce!
En: "At least you'll repel all the mosquitoes tonight!"

Sr: "Ana je nastavila da se smeje, dodajući: "I sve momke, bojim se!
En: Ana continued to laugh, adding, "And all the guys, I'm afraid!"

Sr: "Noć je nastavila u dobrom raspoloženju, prijatelji su pričali i šalili se, Luka je svirao harmoniku koju je pronašao u ugao kafane, a Miloš je narednu rundu pića nazvao 'Ana's special', naravno, uz duplo više salveta za svaki slučaj.
En: The night continued in good spirits, the friends talked and joked, Luka played the accordion he had found in a corner of the tavern, and Miloš ordered the next round of drinks called 'Ana's special', of course, with double the napkins just in case.

Sr: Kako je veče odmicalo, troje prijatelja shvatili su da su mali nesporazumi i nezgode ono što njihova druženja čini nezaboravnim.
En: As the evening went on, the three friends realized that small misunderstandings and mishaps were what made their gatherings unforgettable.

Sr: Kafana je bila ispunjena njihovim smehom do kasnih sati, a prijateljstvo među njima postalo je još jače nakon još jednog neobičnog i radostnog doživljaja.
En: The tavern was filled with their laughter until late at night, and the friendship among them became even stronger after another unusual and joyful experience.

Sr: Na kraju večeri, sve su to bile samo priče koje će jednog dana pričati kao dobre stare uspomene.
En: At the end of the evening, these were all just stories that they would one day tell as cherished memories.

Sr: Ana je već planirala kako će se osvetiti Milošu, mastiljajući o nekom budućem trenutku kada će on biti taj kojem se desi neka nespretnost.
En: Ana was already planning how to get back at Miloš, fantasizing about some future moment when he would be the one to experience some clumsiness.

Sr: I tako, troje prijatelja su napustili kafanu, svesni da će ih ova noć uvek podsećati na smeh, rakiju i važnost dobro očuvane prijateljske veze.
En: And so, the three friends left the tavern, aware that this night would always remind them of laughter, brandy, and the importance of a well-maintained friendship.
