Es: El sol madrileño resplandecía en el cielo, bañando el bullicioso Mercado de San Miguel con un calor abrumador. María, Alejandro y Sofía, tres turistas curiosos, se habían lanzado a la aventura para sumergirse en la cultura española. María, con su pelo chocolate adornado con una flor roja, Alejandro con sus gafas de sol colgando alrededor del cuello, y última pero no menos importante, Sofía, siempre lista con su mapa y diccionario español en mano. Todos estaban emocionados y ansiosos. Madrid era mucho más vibrante y bulliciosa de lo que habían imaginado.
En: The Madrid sun shone brightly in the sky, bathing the bustling Mercado de San Miguel in overwhelming heat. Maria, Alejandro, and Sofia, three curious tourists, had embarked on an adventure to immerse themselves in Spanish culture. Maria, with her chocolate hair adorned with a red flower, Alejandro with his sunglasses hanging around his neck, and last but not least, Sofia, always ready with her map and Spanish dictionary in hand. They were all excited and eager. Madrid was much more vibrant and lively than they had imagined.

Es: El Mercado de San Miguel era un laberinto de sabores, colores y sonidos. Los tres amigos por poco y perdían el juicio ante la explosión de olores que inundaban el aire. Vendedores ofrecía quesos, frutas de colores brillantes y diversas carnes confitadas. Cautivados por el estimulante ambiente, en poco tiempo, María, Alejandro y Sofía se encontraron separados y perdidos en el caos alegre del bullicioso mercado.
En: The Mercado de San Miguel was a maze of flavors, colors, and sounds. The three friends nearly lost their minds at the explosion of scents filling the air. Vendors offered cheeses, brightly colored fruits, and various cured meats. Captivated by the stimulating atmosphere, before long, Maria, Alejandro, and Sofia found themselves separated and lost in the cheerful chaos of the bustling market.

Es: María, quien se había detenido a probar algunos higos frescos, miró a su alrededor y no encontró a sus amigos entre la multitud. "Alejandro, Sofía", repetía una y otra vez, pero sus palabras se desvanecían entre el bullicio de la multitud.
En: Maria, who had stopped to taste some fresh figs, looked around and didn't see her friends in the crowd. "Alejandro, Sofia," she repeated over and over, but her words faded into the crowd's noise.

En: Meanwhile, Alejandro was fascinated by the bright displays of jamón serrano hanging from hooks. He turned around, only to find the empty space where his friends had been. His heart skipped a beat as he realized he was lost.

Es: Mientras tanto, Sofía había estado buscando un regalo para llevárselo a casa y al levantar la vista, se encontró sin la compañía de sus amigos. Sofía, normalmente muy tranquila, sintió una punzada de miedo.
En: Sofia, on the other hand, had been searching for a gift to take home and when she looked up, she found herself without her friends' company. Sofia, normally very calm, felt a pang of fear.

Es: A pesar del temor, los tres amigos mostraron determinación. "Oh, perdona", comenzó Sofía, con su español entrecortado, a los transeúntes, mostrándoles la foto de sus amigos. Alejandro, valiente y seguro, preguntaba "P... perdido... amigos. ¿Vistos?", a los vendedores, haciendo gestos exagerados. María, de pie en medio de la multitud, mirando a todos lados, repetía "amigos, donde?", mientras mostraba la foto de Sofía y Alejandro.
En: Despite the fear, the three friends showed determination. "Oh, excuse me," Sofia began, with her broken Spanish, to passersby, showing them the photo of her friends. Alejandro, brave and confident, asked vendors exaggeratedly, "L... lost... friends. Seen?", gesturing. Maria, standing in the midst of the crowd, looking around, repeated "friends, where?", while showing the photo of Sofia and Alejandro.

Es: Increíblemente, a pesar de su español entrecortado, la gente comprendía su apuro. Un vendedor de flores colorido reconoció a Alejandro de la descripción de Sofía y les señaló en la dirección correcta. María encontró a un amable anciano que recordaba haber visto a Sofía y Alejandro y la guió en la dirección correcta.
En: Incredibly, despite their broken Spanish, people understood their urgency. A colorful flower vendor recognized Alejandro from Sofia's description and pointed them in the right direction. Maria found a kind elderly man who remembered seeing Sofia and Alejandro and led her in the right direction.

Es: Finalmente, después de lo que pareció una eternidad, los tres amigos, guiados por la amabilidad de los madrileños, se reunieron en el corazón del Mercado de San Miguel. Las miradas de alivio y risas iluminaron el mercado.
En: Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the three friends, guided by the kindness of the people of Madrid, reunited in the heart of the Mercado de San Miguel. Looks of relief and laughter lit up the market.

Es: La aventura podría haber sido una pesadilla, pero resultó ser una más de las maravillosas experiencias que tuvieron en Madrid, permitiéndoles comprender la verdadera calidez y amistosa naturaleza del pueblo español. Y a pesar del miedo de perderse, se encontraron el uno al otro, y quizás, un poco más de sí mismos, en el colorido caos del Mercado de San Miguel.
En: The adventure could have been a nightmare, but it turned out to be another of the wonderful experiences they had in Madrid, allowing them to understand the true warmth and friendly nature of the Spanish people. And despite the fear of getting lost, they found each other, and perhaps, a little more of themselves in the colorful chaos of the Mercado de San Miguel.
