Out with the old and in with the new! This is a phrase you probably immediately love or hate depending on what you feel most attached to at the moment.
On today's episode of the podcast I share a bit from within on the process of purging the old stuff and making room for something new- even when you're not sure what that new thing is yet.
It's challenging work whether you're doing it physically with things around your home that you've gathered through the years, socially with people in your life who no longer serve you, or emotionally in other ways by allowing yourself grow out of old habits and into new ones that support your health and wellbeing. It's most definitely uncomfortable work.
But it is worth it! Enjoy my ramblings on the subject along with astrological insight around the weekend's past full moon, retrograde patience needed, and the countdown to the next new moon!
