This week on Behind the Dreamers, we sit down with Malcolm Austin, the owner of MCA Seminars. Malcolm holds a black belt and has over 34 years of experience in Tae Kwon Do. In addition to all the martial arts he practices, he has over ten years in Tai Chi and is a certified meditation teacher and practitioner. Malcolm teaches a unique perspective on self-defense instruction called Mindful Self Defense and Self Awareness, which involves empowerment and situational avoidance.
