Mike grew up in Wyandotte, Michigan. After serving 4 1/2 years in the Navy, he began a career in strength and conditioning. Mike strongly believes that a healthy body promotes a healthy mind. He oversees the training programs and develops relationships with gyms seeking to partner with Heroe's Movement.
