Today on the Podcast I have a guest joining us! Joanna Sullivan, a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate who is Gottman Level 1 certified and is working on her certificate for Sex Therapy. She has a private practice in Northern Colorado called Northern Colorado Relational Therapy. Joanna is married to her wonderful husband, Ben, and has 2 boys in middle school. When not working she loves watching movies with her family, and has used yoga and meditation to help her to find her inner peace and her true beauty.
We discuss the ins and outs of being in a relationship during the pandemic, ideas for closeness, etc. We also discuss what's "normal" in a relationships, and how therapy is an incredible tool for us as individuals or as a family system.

You definitely don't have to BE in a relationship to appreciate this episode, but you also might want to pass it along to those who you know who've faced the ups and downs of being together during a global pandemic! Let's face it, it's brought up a lot for everyone!

I think you'll instantly fall in love with Joanna, and her relatable approach to life and love. If you'd like to follow her or get in touch with her you can find her on instagram or facebook: @nocorelationaltherapy or at www.nocorelationaltherapy.com.
