In today's episode of PodTalks, we discussed how our holiday period went, what we were up to, and how we are slowly getting back on track with our routine, work, and fitness.
Just like everyone else, we are also struggling to get back on track with our routine. For me, one of my main struggles is my nutrition, and for Richu, one of her main struggles is her sleep. Something I think you often forget, guys, is that we also struggle. Just because we are coaches doesn't mean that everything is nice and easy for us. Yes, it gets easier with time, for sure, but it is never 100% perfect.
We also talk about some of our goals for this year and how we are going to smash these goals. One of my biggest goals for this year is to be able to control my emotions a bit better. I have never struggled with anxiety, but since I started running my own business, this has been something that comes up almost daily, and I really want to keep working on this.
