mostra másI'll discuss ways that we can identify and make peace with our resentments/exhiles and identify some of the parts that often contribute to "acting out" behaviors whether it's with addiction, eating disorders, or some other mental health concern. We all have these parts and it's so important we are able to know what they are, when they show up, and how we can learn what they need to not interject into our lives when we are struggling.
Feel free to provide feedback or thoughts! I'm no AA expert, but this is just my take on how we identify and make peace with our parts (and hopefully apply this grace to others who have hurt us in our life when we are ready).
