I have been sick in bed the last few days, which has given me quite a bit of time to reflect on this year and all that it has brought. Today on the podcast as I went to share my thoughts with you, I stumbled upon some important personal revelations as I was sharing my heart.

After I finished recording I had another revelation- that the reason it's so important to jog your memory and reflect on the past from time to time, is because often there are more connections and revelations just sitting there waiting for you- and they're valuable insights that will help you move forward.

This week is a week for stillness and reflection as we come into a time of rebirth (winter solstice)!
