I’M BACK! If you are into drinking alcohol, a fun drinking game during this episode could be to drink every time I say “I am so grateful” or “I’m very excited!” You would probably be feeling yourself by the end. But hey, at least I am expressing and feeling immense gratitude going into season 3 :)
On a serious note, I am excited to reintroduce myself to you all as the sole host of this show and a certified nutrition specialist, health coach, yoga teacher, and ThetaHealer! So much has happened since season 2 wrapped, and I’ve taken a lot of time to decide what I wanted season 3 to look like.
