I'm sure when she was disrespecting Americans she was just having a bad hair day and didn't mean what she said like Michelle Obama didn't mean what she said and like none of them mean what they say when they think that they're above everyone else using phrases like Nancy Pelosi will bite your head off... because of course that totally has a totally alternate different meaning...
