In today's episode of the podcast, I am joined by my beautiful client Levana, all the way from Spain, to share her amazing success story in my program. Levana and I worked together for about 4 months, or a little bit longer.
Before she joined my program, I clearly remember how she told me about her anxiety regarding using different areas at the gym and how her overthinking mindset was holding her back from doing the things she wanted to do. She specifically mentioned to me, "I hated myself for not doing the things I should be doing. I know that I am better than this," but the voice in her mind was holding her back.
Four months into my program, Levana now has this amazing confidence to work out anywhere in the gym. She's been working so hard, and the results she is getting are just amazing.
