I also chat with Amy about listening to your body and getting to know why you feel the way you do and if it is a hormonal imbalance or mental health issues that you're dealing with.

I also chat about thriving in uncomfortable seasons and using those times to stretch your faith. The disciples oftentimes left jobs, families and their usual day-to-day to follow Jesus. I want to say, "YES" to Jesus without hesitation when He calls me to follow Him and take a new path.

For the Coffee Talk segment at the end of the show, I share three tips for making friends when you're the new girl. I share how I have been the "new girl" for several years now and how God has worked in my heart and helped me to see how I can be a better friend.
