I also chat with Amy about listening to your body and getting to know why you feel the way you do and if it is a hormonal imbalance or mental health issues that you're dealing with. I also chat about thriving in uncomfortable seasons and using those times to stretch your faith. The disciples oftentimes left jobs, families and their usual day-to-day to follow Jesus.
