Lv: Vienā saulainā dienā Rīgā, pašā pilsētas sirdī, blakus gleznainajai Daugavai, dzīvoja draugs un draudzene - Mārtiņš un Līga.
En: On a sunny day in Riga, right in the heart of the city, next to the picturesque Daugava river, lived a friend and a friend - Mārtiņš and Līga.

Lv: Viņi abi mīlēja pastaigas pa vecrīgu un mēdza kopā pavadīt laiku, apskatot pilsētas skaistumu.

Lv: Mārtiņš ātri pieeja, mierināja Līgu un ar maigiem rokas kustībām atbrīvoja somu no durvju roktura.
En: Mārtiņš quickly approached, reassured Līga and with gentle movements of his hands, freed the bag from the door handle.

Lv: Brīdī, kad soma bija atbrīvota, abi draugi apskāvās no atvieglojuma.
En: When the bag was released, the two friends hugged in relief.

Lv: "Tas bija piedzīvojums, ko neaizmirsīšu," smejoties teica Līga.
En: "That was an adventure I won't forget," Līga said with a smile.

Lv: "Tā ir mūsu maza piedzīvojuma stāsta beigas," atbildēja Mārtiņš.
En: "That's the end of our little adventure story," replied Mārtiņš.

Lv: Un abi turpināja baudīt savu dienu Rīgā, solīdamies viens otram, ka turpmāk būs uzmanīgāki ar somām un durvju rokturiem.
En: And they both continued to enjoy their day in Riga, promising each other that they would be more careful with their bags and door handles in the future.
