If you have a health problem as a result, that's your problem, you probably grew up down wind of a nuclear plant. You won't find food companies offering to pay for your medical bills if you have a heart attack from eating hydrogenated oils. They are basically passing the buck and demanding that you pay for the health consequences caused by their foods.
